New Dog Photography: Jackie and Tug; Great Pyrenees & Bernese Mountain Dog; Lansdale, PA

Hello and welcome to another episode of Pet Imagery Session Favorites! I have two gorgeous gals to feature today! Say hello to Tug, the Bernese Mountain dog (about 2 yrs) and Jackie the Great Pyrenees (over 13 yrs!) I know she doesn’t look a day over 3! What a fun time with these two and their awesome family! Tug actually lives up in Allentown but she got to spend some time with her gal pal Jackie at her home away from home in Lansdale. We got some lovely Winter sunshine and the dogs embraced the cool breezy air as it whipped their stunning fur around. I was so impressed with Jackie and how she worked the camera– like she had done a million photo shoots before! What a natural! Tug definitely basked in the glow of the limelight and looked amazing from pretty much all angles! I could seriously stare at these two all day…oh wait, I have! They bring smiles to my face! I hope looking at their photos brings you a little happiness too! Enjoy some of my favorites from the day!

New Dog Photography: Boss and Harley, Shar Peis; Langhorne, PA

Hello and welcome to another episode of Pet Imagery session favorites! I have a delicious Shar Pei duo to showcase today! Meet the super handsome Boss (lighter coat) and Harley (darker, wrinkled face)! Their mom first contacted me after finding out the devastating news that Boss has an incurable blood vessel cancer. Boss’ health had been relatively stable until a terrible scare that led to his spleen rupturing and needing a blood transfusion! This pooch (and his mom!) has been through a lot, to say the least. After the diagnosis, Boss has had a remarkable transformation back to his sweet, lovable self and is in much better spirits. Slowly but surely he has been enjoying life thanks to incredible care, love and support from his family. I honestly wouldn’t have guessed he was sick during our time together! We explored their neighborhood and the two pups basked in the Winter sunlight. Harley showed me how much he loves to keep watch on the patio (I mean, his patio, haha). Boss was a little more reserved but wow did he know how to pose for me! What a natural! I just wanted to hug and kiss his face the whole time! I’m so glad I got to meet these two cuties and their wonderful mom! They share such a magical bond and I am so honored to have been a part of this special day. New Dog Photography: Leon, Pekingese; New York, NY

Hey, hi and HELLO! Hope you’re enjoying a nice weekend! Thanks for popping over to check out an all new Pet Imagery session Favorites! Last month I took a trip up to NYC to photograph the sweetest little Pekingese named Leon! I was so excited to hear from Leon’s mom as I had previously photographed her first pup, Merk (also a Pekingese!) in her PA home back in 2010. We met on the 1 year anniversary of Leon being adopted, so it was a special day to celebrate! This little guy is living the good city life in Tribeca, with so many amazing sights right out his front door! The holidays were right around the corner so there was definitely a festive feel in the air. Leon loved strutting his stuff around his neighborhood and posing with his parents. He seemed so at ease, even surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the NYC life. Of course, he was most at home in his mom’s arms and the bond these guys share was really wonderful to witness. What a fun day! Here’s a few highlights from our time together.
