New Pet Photography: Sonny and Skipper; Havanese and Shih-tzu puppies, Collegeville, PA

Hello again! Thanks for joining me again for another edition of session favorites! It’s your lucky day because I’ve got more puppies to showcase! Lately it’s been a lot of sick and senior pets, so it’s a nice change to photograph these new pups! They were such a blast to photograph! Of course, we didn’t know what to expect with this being their first photo session and both being only a couple months old. Well, they were absolutely fantastic! We were all impressed how much they enjoyed posing together! Sonny and Skipper’s big brother and sister posed for a few shots–even got in the Christmas spirit a little earlier than usual! Surprisingly, we ended our session with some fun playtime outside! They had plenty of energy left for frolicking in the grass together!

New Pet Photography: Moose, Beagle Mix puppy, Conshohocken, PA

Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful start to Autumn! I used to tell people that Autumn was my favorite season. The truth is, it’s really each seasonal change that I look forward to. In the winter time, I crave that first spark of bloom. As Spring finishes up it’s green trail, I yearn for the summer breeze and the sea sights. The ushering in of Fall makes room for the new growth of the upcoming year. It’s the change that I embrace. The change allows me to appreciate how cyclical the world is–how everything is connected at some point.

As we welcome in the new Autumn, I would love to introduce Moose! I’m really excited to show off this handsome stud! Moose was a fabulous model, despite this being the first professional encounter. He sure seemed like he had worked the runway before! We mostly hung around his parents apartment complex as he curiously explored the grounds. Moose looked so dapper in his cute bow tie-such a fun signature look for this pup! I think he mostly felt at home in mom’s arms! Such a sweet lil guy! I wonder how much he’s grown! We ended our time together with Moose snuggling with his toys and I’m sure he was ready for a nice nap afterwards! Have a look at some of my session favorites:

New Pet Photography: Kayla and Family; Columbus, NJ

Hello friends! I’ve got a very special crew to showcase today! Of course, every pet I photograph is special but today I’m talking pizza party special. Yup, Kayla (Italian Greyhound) and her furry friends and family enjoyed some delicious cheesy pie all to celebrate Kayla and her beautiful life. The session was all about sharing in the joy and love she brought to everyone around her. What an incredible session with this family and their four gorgeous dogs! We were brought together after hearing that Kayla’s intense and arduous struggle with illness was indeed terminal. The outpouring of love and devotion towards Kayla was so present and real during our session. I truly believe the photographs have really helped to provide support and comfort during the family’s grieving.

Kayla passed away shortly after our photo shoot but the images will allow our memories together to be always present. Here are a few memorable moments from our day:
