New Pet Photography: Sharky, Great Dane (and Woody the horse!); Chalfont, Pa

Hope everyone is staying cool during this very steamy summer week!

I have a wonderful photo session to share featuring the very gorgeous Sharky at her lovely home. Sadly, this stunning gal passed away 2 weeks after our photo shoot together. I was told that Sharky was feeling her best during that week, especially being that her dear Aunt was home for vacation. After her passing, I think we were all so relieved to have that time together and capture some great moments of Sharky with her very loving family. I can only hope that the photos of their beloved Great Dane will provide some comfort and healing during their grieving.

We did have a fabulous time roaming around Sharky’s fabulous family grounds–even got to snap a few shots of the very handsome Woody! He was a little startled by my large lens at first and gave me a nose flare as a greeting! It was pretty hilarious. Of course, Sharky really enjoyed the main spotlight and was very responsive to me and the camera! She was so energetic and loved every minute of the attention she got. I just had a blast with her and even their cat Whiskey observed all the action! Have a look at our story together!

New Pet Photography: Colby, Basenji; Phoenixville, PA

Hello friends!! Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend in the gorgeous summer sun! Today I have a really great session to share! Meet the very handsome Colby, who had such a fun time posing around his home and cuddling with his very sweet mom! The photo session was given as a gift from my client’s coworkers, so it was even more of a treat for Colby and his fam! I must say, he really enjoyed the limelight! The camera just loved all his poses and facial expressions! I really could feel the connection and bond he shares with his mom and it was very special to capture those moments together. New Pet Photography: Patrick, Springer Spaniel; Media, PA

We’re halfway through the week and I’ve got another Pet Imagery showcase to feature! Today we have the unbelievably photogenic Patrick, who was such a delight to photograph! We mostly stayed outdoors for our session and he was very receptive to me and the camera. Strangely enough, Patrick kept running into his mom’s flowers and bushes, then would peek his head through to pose! It was awesome and perfect! You can’t teach that kinda talent! Of course, with this being Patrick’s first professional photo session, who knows where he got those posing skills from! LOL We really had a blast with him playing in the yard and showing off his amazingly handsome self! Have a look at some of my favorites:
