New Pet Photography: Chupa, Black Cat; Yardley, PA

Hello friends! Hope everyone is appreciating these last days of summer as the seasons change hands. I’m sure all the winter dogs are excited about the cool down!

Speaking of pets going outside, I have a very special photo session to feature today. Earlier in the summer, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Chupa, an incredibly handsome black kitty. I am slightly biased towards black cats, as I have two black beauties of my own! Chupa’s mom came to me after he had been diagnosed with a terminal illness and had little time left together. We were able to schedule the session while Chupa was still feeling and looking his best. We even brought him outside for the very first time ever–his eyes and face lit up with such wonder! It was such a magical experience!

I think he was actually hamming it up for the camera at times! Truly giving it all he had.  He even got in the sink and drank from the faucet like he usually does! THAT was an awesome experience.

Chupa passed away shortly after our session. I am very glad we were able to share these moments together.  Chupa’s mom will be able to hold these memories in her hands and remember the endless bond for all of time. Here are a few memorable captures from his day:
