New Cat Photography: Asher, American Short-hair

Hey hi and hello again! I’m thrilled to finally show off the very handsome Asher! This guy was a little shy when we first met. In fact, his owner and I had a hard time finding him as he has burrowed himself in the recliner! Silly cat! Once he figured out he was the star of the show, Asher got pretty comfy in front of the camera! I was impressed! He truly loved being in his moms arms and really enjoyed the limelight! It was fun spending time with Asher’s mom again, as I have photographed her other beautiful felines before: Donny and Smokey

New Pet Photography: Mikki and Bentley, Boxer and Great Dane mix, Aston, PA

Hello friends and happy weekend! Hope you are out with your beloved pets, enjoying the warm, Spring air! I have a wonderful session to share with you today. Meet the amazing Mikki and her pal, Bentley. Mikki was living the sweet life in Las Vegas up until a few years ago. Her family reached out to me after Mikki was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. Even as the disease progresses, Mikki’s sweet, loving and happy demeanor continue to shine through. We had a magical session around their home, filled with lots of love and TLC for her and Bentley.

I know her family will treasure these moments as well as the photos that were captured. Mikki, as of last week, has shown a tremendous amount of perserverance and fight. She is truly an inspiration and a moving testament to the bond she has with her amazing family! Have a look at some of my favorites from our session together.

New Cat Photography: Tweety, American Shorthair; Philadelphia, PA

Hello friends and happy Friday! Hope everyone is enjoying a bit of sunshine in their corner of the world. I have a gorgeous kitty to share today. If you know me at all, you know I’m a sucker for black cats. I have two of them (the third is a mix)! They are such a stunning breed. I love how their coat shines in the light and makes their eyes glow even more. Black cats have such an aura that I just love to be around. Tweety was no exception! What a handsome fellow.

I had the pleasure of photographing Tweety last month, surrounded by his loved ones. He was a little shy at first; but then like a pro he turned on the charm and really enjoyed the limelight! I could really sense the incredible bond he shares with his best friend, who has missed her beloved kitty while being away at school. Tweety is a lucky guy to have such a caring family around him. I only wish we got to hang out longer, so I could marvel at his very charismatic demeanor! Here are a few of my favorites of this stud muffin:
